I tell you what I was doing on Sept 11; wondering why I didn't hear about the anniversary until the morning paper, the next day. Poor show Britain.

Today? School. Philosophy Society (I know, I was thrilled too). Found out the French for 'the environment and health department of the European office of the World Health Organisation'.

So you can't have been wondering that last bit, it hadn't happened yet! Wink

Tomorrow I'm going to Oxford ... to be out-neeked by undergrads!

Why should you hear about it at all?

I'd have thought there'd have been at least a little something in the media on the day about it, that's all. Maybe that's my american half coming through though.

Today I got overwhelmed by philosophical superiors and genii, trying to teach me the difference between ethics and morals, and formal logic and informal logic.

In approximately 2 hours and 24 minutes I'll be turning 18. Super!

It took you 9 minutes to write that? lol

Britain does too much in support of America. Besides, it happened nearly a decade ago. Time to leave it to the history books I'm afraid. It's not like every year we celebrate the aniversary of the death of Saddam Huissein.

Well, last night I stayed out until just before three, so no one was seeing me this morning..then I went to paint my granny's fence and shed for her - had I known it was going to be so warm I wouldn't have bothered. Now I'm just chilling in the garden on my computer, but later I'm going to the pub! Nice, nice, nice!

I'm going to work at 3...I'm prepared to get into some fistfights today:
1) Half the store is pissed off at me
2) An angry jealous boyfriend thinks I'm after his lass so wants my head...
3) I work in customer service, so it's always a battle anyhow

...usual day, really...

Haha. I'm doing some work on my computer system today. I am setting up my study a bit further. My student loan came in a while ago, and I don't really have anything to spend it on. So I popped the lot of a 28" HD monitor which I'm going to connect up to my Macbook to have a nice base station at my desk. I bought myself a wireless Mighty Mouse and wireless Apple keyboard yesterday as well (excuse to visit the Apple store Tongue). That's really my only plan for today. Get that all sorted out and play with it a little bit.

I've got to do some reading of Pericles for a political philosophy module I'm doing at uni. Yawn. That's an exaggeration, but he is pretty arrogant and dull.
